Job descriptionPowerShell (in-depth expertise required) Shell scripting Docker & Kubernetes (basics + troubleshooting) Experience supporting & troubleshooting global SaaS applications Hands-on with any tools like SignalFx, ELK, etc. Alert management, maintenance & implementation Azure (mandatory) AWS (basic understanding is sufficient) Knowledge of CLI, troubleshooting & cloud migrations Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, CloudFormation, Chef AWS CDK, CodeBuild, Shell / PowerShell / Python scripting TypeScript (good to have) ITIL / ITSM practices Tools : ServiceNow, JIRA Experience in Agile / Scrum, SLA management, incident handling SQL basics + troubleshooting Basic networking & security concepts GitHub Cloud / version control Coordination with development teams in non-prod / prod releases Creating runbooks & environment documentation Supporting scalability, performance & reliability improvements Windows & IIS troubleshooting must be strong PowerShell scripting is mandatory Azure skills are required Strong AWS experience not mandatory
