What you will do

• Implement a structured business plan, focusing on the efficient sourcing of new vacancies suitable for DES clients across assigned areas
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Disability Employment Sector, including employers, government agencies, community groups, and healthcare providers
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and grow portfolio of disability friendly employers
• Provide Post placement support to employers for placed clients to achieve sustainable outcome
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for business development, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share
• Work in collaboration with Brand & Engagement to elevate Affords Disability Employment Services brand, ensuring that all marketing and communication activities align with Affords values and mission
• Participate in the organisation's internal audit program and proactively ensure corrective actions are completed.
