We are seeking a highly polished, articulate, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our luxury experience center. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a refined and presentable personality, and a natural flair for hospitality. You will be responsible for creating a world-class first impression and delivering a seamless, high-touch experience to HNI and UHNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and poise, ensuring a premium first-touch experience.
- Manage the reception desk, including visitor check-ins, calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure client appointments run smoothly.
- Maintain a sophisticated and immaculate front-desk environment aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Offer refreshments and provide guided assistance to clients within the experience center.
- Handle client queries with accuracy and courtesy; ensure timely redirection to the right team members.
- Maintain visitor logs, client interaction records, and daily reporting.
- Support in organizing client events, walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain high-quality service standards at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi / Telugu).Highly presentable, polished, and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to handle HNI clients with grace, and courtesy.Prior experience in hospitality, premium customer service, aviation, luxury real estate, luxury retail preferred.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / appointment management tools is an advantage.
