A Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst (WFM RTA) is a key member of our team, responsible for monitoring and managing call volumes, agent availability, and workload distribution in real-time.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Call Volume Management : Actively monitor and manage call volumes to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Agent Availability : Manage agent availability to meet customer demand.
  • Workload Distribution : Distribute workload effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential for success in this role.
