We are seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to join our network as independent contractors. Our coaches will work with our clients in a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth.

Clients will be supported in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in the areas that matter most to them.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Providing structured life and / or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
• Supporting adults with setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
• Maintaining a calendar displaying your availability and keeping track of session notes in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with our dedicated provider support team and licensed clinical care navigation team whenever assistance is needed.
