HR Manager

Location : Gandhinagar

Experience : 5–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resource operations and ensure a culture of compliance, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in recruitment, employee retention, and statutory compliance — preferably from the Construction, Infrastructure, or Management Consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Drive performance management and support leadership in workforce planning.
Maintain accurate HR records and foster a positive work culture.

Requirements :

MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources .

5–7 years of proven HR experience.

In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and talent management .

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
