Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and market share.
Lead product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities .
Oversee ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives for FMCG products.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to design retail promotions and trade marketing activities.
Manage agency / vendor relationships for creative, media buying, and campaign execution.
Monitor consumer insights, pricing trends, and product performance .
Plan and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
Drive packaging, branding, and merchandising strategies .
Prepare and present MIS reports and marketing analytics to management
