About the Role
The Trainer – COE at Restroworks plays a pivotal role in driving learning, capability
building, and operational excellence across multiple teams. The trainer ensures that
employees —both new hires and existing team members—possess the product
knowledge, communication proficiency, and process understanding needed to deliver
exceptional customer experiences.
This role is central to maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality across the
organization by designing, facilitating, and continuously improving structured learning
programs aligned with Restroworks’ mission to “Make Restaurants Prosperous.”
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Design & Development
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on core
processes, communication excellence, and product knowledge.
Translate complex product features into easy-to-understand learning materialsfor internal teams.
Create engaging training content such as presentations, SOPs, e-learningmodules, and videos.
Collaborate with COE and product teams to ensure alignment with productupdates and operational priorities.
2. Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct onboarding sessions, process training, and skill enhancement trainingfor employees across functions.
Facilitate sessions on product mastery, communication etiquette, customerhandling, and process adherence.
Use interactive delivery techniques—role plays, demos, case studies, andsimulations—to enhance learner engagement.
Ensure consistent delivery quality across all training batches, geographies, andtrainers.
3. Evaluation & Reporting
Evaluate training effectiveness through quizzes, assessments, practicalevaluations.
Maintain dashboards to track learner progress, training impact, and performanceimprovements.
Report insights, trends, and improvement areas to the Management.4. Knowledge Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for process documents, productFAQs, and best practices.
Partner with Sales, Product, Operations teams to ensure timely dissemination ofproduct updates.
Support continuous improvement by identifying knowledge gaps and initiatingrefresher or microlearning sessions.
5. Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in L&D, technology, and restaurantSaaS solutions.
Innovate in training delivery using gamification, blended learning, and digital tools.Contribute to the COE’s goal of establishing training standardization and processexcellence across Restroworks.
Key Skills; Competencies
Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and presentation skillsStrong facilitation and public speaking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office / G-suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Creative approach to content design and training deliveryAnalytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and identify improvement areasStrong collaboration, adaptability, and customer-centric mindsetPreferred Background
1-2 years of experience as a Full-Time Trainer (Process / Communication / Product) – 1.5+years
OR
Prior experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or customer support domains ispreferred.
