About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and other inputs on time.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Conduct new hire orientations and support the onboarding process.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Handle exit formalities and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (preferred).What We Offer :
