Role Overview :
The E-Commerce Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of daily operations across multiple online platforms. The role involves coordination between internal teams and external marketplace partners to ensure timely order processing, accurate listings, inventory management, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage daily orders across all e-commerce and q-commerce platforms to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and on-time deliveries.
- Track and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, cancellations, and returns in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels) across platforms.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns, price updates, and festive offers as per business and platform requirements.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between internal systems and marketplace dashboards to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, returns, and operational performance using Excel.
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies in stock, pricing, or order flow and take corrective actions.
- Work closely with category managers and marketplace account representatives for smooth product launches, campaign setups, and issue resolution.
- Support in invoice reconciliation, claim tracking, and documentation related to order dispatches and settlements.
- Ensure adherence to each platforms operational SLAs and compliance policies.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of operational tasks.
Required Skills :
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, order management, and inventory coordination.Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).Ability to manage multiple SKUs and platforms simultaneously.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process orientation.Good coordination and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.
