We're taking the Math vertical at Codingal to the next level, and this role is going to be a roller coaster of learning — from building processes to scaling impact in a fast-paced startup.

If you've ever wanted to see how a startup is built from the inside, this is your chance. You'll work super closely with the founders and leadership team, get hands-on exposure, and learn things no textbook can teach.

Key Responsibilities

The primary metric would be to improve the trial conversion percentage.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions for teachers and staff members.
  • Work with datasets related to student performance, teacher performance, course outcomes, and operational metrics. Analyse the data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to brainstorm ideas and suggest process improvements.
  • Take initiative in handling ad-hoc tasks and contributing to special projects as needed.
  • Trial class PIP - Identifying poor performers and driving their retraining.
  • LMS management.
  • Handling trial teacher escalations and conducting 1 : 1s with teachers.
  • Conducting webinars.
  • Working alongside the Trial Class QAE team
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews, including bi-weekly submissions, course class quality assurance, refunds / paused / discontinued customers.
  • Handle teacher exits & transitions.

Required Characteristics

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Good at using computers, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Available to work from the Office.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • B.Tech candidates will be given preference.
  • Stipend

  • ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 / month depending on candidature.
