Responsibilities :

  • Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-native solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements and business use cases .
  • Work with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into features .
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and user studies .
  • Drive end-to-end lifecycle : ideation → MVP → release → GTM → iteration.
  • Define and monitor KPIs (adoption, retention, churn, ARR, NPS) .
  • Act as the voice of customer while balancing business and technical priorities.

Tech Stack / Tools You’ll Use :

  • Roadmapping : Jira, Confluence, Aha!
  • Analytics : Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics
  • Prototyping : Figma, Miro
  • Documentation : Notion, Confluence
  • Communication : Slack, MS Teams

    • Requirements :

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI / ML, or enterprise platforms .
  • Strong technical understanding of AI / ML pipelines and cloud-native products .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, or Education domains is a plus.
