About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the support, configuration, and enhancement of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform. In this position, you will leverage your foundational knowledge across several critical HCM modules to ensure our system operates efficiently, securely, and effectively supports our HR business processes. You will be the bridge between our HR team and the technology, solving complex functional problems and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, maintain, and support security structures within Oracle HCM, including role-based data access and user provisioning in the Security Console.
• Administer and optimize Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot approval workflows for various HCM processes using Oracle Business Process Management (BPM).
• Provide functional production support, diagnose issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing for system changes and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials for end-users.
