We’re Hiring : Customer Care Executive (E-commerce – Sales & Service)

Location : Gurugram

Department : E-commerce

Reports to : Head of E-commerce

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to join our premium Home Furnishing brand’s E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with a strong sales mindset — someone who can convert inquiries into sales while delivering a personalized, luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chat, and social media .
  • Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales through consultative selling.
  • Assist customers in selecting home furnishing products such as bedding, décor, curtains, and accessories .
  • Manage post-order support including delivery updates, returns, and payment issues.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment .
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate features effectively to enhance sales.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s premium and customer-first approach .

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce customer service or telesales (preferably in home furnishing, lifestyle, or retail ).
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and order management systems is an advantage.
  • Preferred Background :

  • Candidates from Home Furnishing, E-commerce, Lifestyle Retail, or Interior Décor industries will be preferred.
