- As the Program Manager, you ll demonstrate an exceptional ability to execute processes, programs, and tools that drive the continued success of customers while enabling scale, providing professional development for the team and building a world-class Customer Success function. - Your responsibility will be to create winning campaigns and outreach strategies, and qualify potential clients with the latest qualification methodologies to showcase how our client can transform their business to ultimately create sale qualified opportunities to drive value for internal Google stakeholders. This role will cover the UK Enterprise markets with a broad range of industries, with potential to expand to cover other regions.
What will you do

Bachelor s degree in Sales and Marketing / Business Development / International Business / Strategic Management / Operations Management.Preferred MBA in Sales and Marketing, MBA in Business Development, MBA in International Business, MBA in Strategic Management, MBA in Operations Management etcMinimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales in the US region is mandatory.Customer success or account management experience8+ years of leadership experienceSelf-driven, collaborative, and motivated to excel in achieving team resultsAbility to lead and manage in a virtual team environmentStrong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growthDeep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business modelsAnalytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindsetEnthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire othersDemonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementExcellent verbal / written communication, time management, decision-making, presentation, and negotiation skillsTech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office, and sales / customer success technology.Skills Required
