We are in our founding stage, shaping everything from coffee experience to service identity. We’re looking for experienced baristas who are excited to build a brand from the beginning, contribute ideas, and grow with us.

This is more than a service role — it is an opportunity to be a key part of creating a new café experience.

Role Overview

As a Barista at The Brew Door, you will prepare specialty coffee with precision and deliver warm, attentive hospitality. You will also play a meaningful role in establishing our service standards, beverage presentation, workflow systems, and brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality specialty coffee beverages with consistency and skill
• Execute brewing methods including espresso extraction, pour-overs, manual brews, etc.
• Contribute to developing café standards, beverage recipes, bar workflow, and guest service style
• Maintain a organised, clean, and professional coffee bar
• Calibrate equipment and ensure taste consistency
• Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge
• Participate in inventory, daily stock checks, and opening / closing procedures
• Bring a collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with the brand
