About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Fullstack Developer to join a product-focused engineering team building real-world applications at scale.

Responsibilities

Build robust backend features using Ruby on Rails , PostgreSQL , Sidekiq , and Redis

Own full-stack feature delivery, including frontend components (Hotwire or React)

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in sprints

Write clean, testable code using RSpec or Minitest

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Frontend proficiency in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and Hotwire or React

Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq

Clear communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
