Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and high-potential Chief of Staff - Strategy & Operations to work directly with the Founder & Managing Director. Key Leadership & Planning

• Partner with the Founder & MD on key strategic decisions, business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Lead and support strategic projects across business units - from conceptualization to implementation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Track industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and internal business performance to inform decision-making.
