Job descriptionGeneral Ledger (New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledger, Segment Reporting). Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting (BCM). Asset Accounting (FI-AA). Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-PCA, Internal Orders, Cost Elements). Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Account-based & Costing-based. Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Cost Component Split). Profit Center Accounting. Integration with SD / MM / PP modules. Universal Journal (ACDOCA). Central Finance concepts. S / 4HANA Fiori Apps for Finance. Group Reporting & Consolidation (good to have). New Asset Accounting (NAA). Data Migration using LTMC / Migration Cockpit. Integration with SAP SD (Revenue Recognition, Billing, Taxes). Integration with SAP MM (GR / IR, Procurement, Inventory Valuation). Integration with SAP PP (Production Order Settlement, WIP). Integration with Treasury & Risk Management (TRM). Taxation (Withholding Tax, GST, VAT, Sales Tax, Localization). Interfaces with external systems (e.g., Banking Interfaces, Treasury Tools, Reporting tools). SAP Fiori analytical apps. SAP BW / BI integration with FICO. SAP Group Reporting (consolidation exposure preferred). Report Painter, Report Writer, Financial Statement Version (FSV). SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring). Data Migration tools (LSMW, BODS, LTMC). SAP Authorizations & Security (Finance-specific roles). IDoc processing, ALE / EDI interfaces. Knowledge of BAPIs, User Exits, Enhancements (ABAP debugging familiarity). Ability to lead finance transformation projects. Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, and solutioning skills. Stakeholder management across business, IT, and external vendors. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Team leadership, mentoring, and offshore coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions in SAP FICO.
- Configure SAP Finance and Controlling modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA, Product Costing, Internal Orders, etc.).
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM, HR, PS).
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and S / 4HANA Finance migration projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.
- Work with business stakeholders for UAT, training, and change management.
- Drive SAP best practices and ensure compliance with global finance standards.
- Support interfaces with external financial systems and reporting tools.
