Experienced AI Engineer

About the Role

• We are looking for a highly skilled individual who has hands-on experience with Large Language Model engineering, knowledge retrieval, data / model ecosystem, backend skills, and observability / reliability.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing agentic capabilities, integrating knowledge-graph reasoning, and instrumenting robust evaluation and observability.

This role requires a strong understanding of Intent, Planner, and Router / Composer agents with typed JSON I / O and emitting call-graph traces. You will also be responsible for generating correct graph queries from planner outputs and performing subgraph extraction.

In addition, we need someone who can tune prompts, routing policies, and temperature / top-p settings for optimal performance, as well as integrate test sets and scoring for faithfulness / correctness, precision / recall, and multi-hop coverage.
