Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Assistant, located in Kochi. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Additionally, the Housekeeping Assistant will handle laundry duties, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues or damages. The role also involves interacting with guests, addressing their requests, and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laundry and general housekeeping duties
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to train and supervise new staff when needed
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent movement
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
