Job Description - Quantitative Developer

As a Quantitative Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance trading systems for our HFT and MFT strategies. You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals to create robust and scalable software solutions that enable us to capitalize on market opportunities in real-time.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and optimize quantitative trading algorithms for high-frequency

trading strategies.

Develop and maintain robust, low-latency trading infrastructure including order execution,

market data processing, and risk management systems.

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for trading

strategies improvement.

Develop mathematical models and simulation tools to back-test and validate trading

strategies.

Optimize trading algorithms and infrastructure for speed, efficiency, and reliability to

maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Collaborate with risk management teams to develop and implement risk controls and

monitoring systems.

Stay current with industry trends, research advancements, and regulatory changes to drive

innovation and maintain compliance.

Work closely with traders, researchers, and other developers to translate trading ideas into

executable strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Software development experience in C++ and proficiency in Python

Solid understanding of quantitative finance, statistical analysis, and probability theory.

Experience with financial markets, order book dynamics, and electronic trading platforms.

Proficiency in working with large datasets and data analysis tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy,

MATLAB, R).

Knowledge of trading protocols and FIX protocol is a plus.

The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Familiarity with Linux / Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
