Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with around 1 year of experience in recruitment who can manage the end-to-end hiring process as well as play a key role in onboarding and background verification (BGV) activities and HR Ops Related activities. This role requires someone who can balance candidate experience with organizational needs, ensuring smooth hiring and integration of new employees into the company.

Mandatory Skills

1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer management)- In IT and Non-IT hirings (Specifically- Engineering, Mechanical, IT)
Basic knowledge of ATS / recruitment tracking systems- preferably Workday.
Experience coordinating onboarding formalities (documentation, induction, joining process)
Familiarity with BGV processes and vendor coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Desired Skills

Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring

Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance

Experience in engaging with external vendors / partners (BGV, recruitment agencies, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to build strong candidate pipelines through social media and networking platforms
