Python Engineer - AI Agent Development

Role description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer with experience in building AI Agents. The candidate will play a key role in transforming existing partial projects into scalable AI Agents and creating differentiated AI-driven products that leverage Unique Data Sources, Domain Expertise, and LLMs.

This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of data engineering, applied AI, and product innovation, helping us release AI Agents rapidly to strengthen organisation market leadership.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• 6-8 years of experience in Python development
• Strong background in data wrangling, analysis, and visualization (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI projects
• Working knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, etc.) is preferred
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience working with Databricks for large-scale data engineering and analytics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and serverless computing
• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, etc.) and big data processing frameworks would be a plus
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles : modularity, testing, CICD, and scalability
