Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, field visits, and lead follow-ups.
- Promote and sell company products / services to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients based on their needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
Requirements :
Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Willingness to travel / visit clients regularly (field-based role).Basic computer or smartphone literacy.Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for field roles).Skills Required
