Production Planning Control

Job Title : PPC Engineer (Pre-Engineered Buildings)Department : Production / OperationsLocation : HyderabadExperience Required : 2–5 Years (preferably in PEB / Steel Fabrication Industry)Key Responsibilities : Plan and monitor production schedules for PEB structures, ensuring timely completion of projects.Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align project timelines.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project requirements.Handle material requirement planning (MRP) , nesting plans, and monitor raw material availability.Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and resources for efficient production.Track project progress, delays, and bottlenecks , and provide corrective actions.Maintain records of production output, consumption, and inventory .Coordinate with the dispatch team for on-time delivery of components to project sites.Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in all processes.Generate and present MIS reports to management regarding production and project status.Key Skills Required : Strong knowledge of PEB production processes (fabrication, welding, cutting, assembly, painting).Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems .Expertise in nesting software (e.g., Tekla, AutoCAD, or equivalent).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
