Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Designer located in Chandigarh, India. The Architect Designer will manage architectural design projects from concept to completion, including planning, drafting, and integrating functional designs into construction. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and team members, utilizing relevant software to create detailed designs, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves overseeing project management tasks to ensure smooth execution of designs and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a creative and detail-oriented approach
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration related to architecture and design tools
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
• Previous experience in interior design or architectural projects is preferred
