Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / DocuSign problems. § Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / DocuSign) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / DocuSign) data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / DocuSign) platform issues, and best practices.
• Buyer / Support / Manager updates and Agreement Expiry date Updates.
• Notification Updates and Create or Amend Help Text
• Removing the user from team in Notification and Workflow Update
• Create / Update Workflow approvals and Create / Update Rules

Preferred Certifications :

Agiloft – Agiloft certified Business Analyst, Agiloft certified Implementer, Agiloft certified Implementation Specialist (Workato Automation – Pro 1, Pro 2, Pro 3), Agiloft Certified Project Manager

Icertis - ICI Administrator, ICI Practitioner, ICI Technical Professional, ICI Functional Professional, ICI Technical Architect, ICI Functional Architect, ICI AIML Technical Professional, ICI Project Manager.

Sirion – Sirion Consultant

Other – DocuSign (proctored), IronClad, evisort, ContractpodAI or any CLM Domain certifications, etc.
