Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. We are looking for a driven International Business Development Manager with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CPL affiliate marketing. This position involves identifying and onboarding high-quality affiliates, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver maximum ROI for advertisers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development within the CPL affiliate marketing space, preferably for international markets
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and CPL campaign dynamics
• Strong Account Management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
