In this role, you’ll guide and support our network of partners, making sure they have the tools, training, and clarity they need to succeed. You’ll connect people, align goals, and help move our mission forward in a way that benefits our partners, our business, and the world we operate in.
Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Management
- Build long-lasting, values-driven relationships with Biopole’s channel partners, ensuring they understand our products, purpose, and direction.
- Provide steady guidance through order fulfillment, marketing support, and operational needs across global channels.
- Track and encourage partner performance so that growth is steady, healthy, and aligned with shared goals.
- Bridge teams and partners, simplifying communication, supporting new product introductions, and coordinating responsible promotional efforts.
Customer and Distributor Relations
Strengthen trust with our distributors and customers, ensuring their needs are listened to and met with care and clarity.Serve as the key point of contact for partners, helping them navigate challenges and maintaining smooth collaboration across regions.Gather and interpret feedback to continuously improve how we serve our partners and the communities we touch.Strategic Coordination
Work closely with Biopole’s internal teams so that partner strategies mirror our mission and long-term vision.Help shape thoughtful, impact-driven campaigns that engage partners and support meaningful market presence.Analyze sales data, partner health, and market patterns to refine approaches and keep our ecosystem growing responsibly.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience managing channel partners or distributors, with international exposure strongly preferred.A genuine ability to build and support relationships at all levels.Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Comfortable working with performance data and adapting strategies when needed.Experience with international trade and regulatory understanding is a plus.
