WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage startup focused on building a next-generation Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Our goal is to create a simple, scalable, and automation-driven platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses manage their HR operations — from onboarding and attendance to payroll and performance — in one unified system.

We are currently in the initial product development phase, laying the foundation for a modern, cloud-native SaaS solution. As an early team member, you’ll have the opportunity to shape core architecture, influence product direction, and be part of the journey from idea to launch.

Requirement :

We are looking for a Part-Time UI / UX Designer skilled in Figma to support our product design needs. You will work on designing screens, improving user experience, and creating prototypes for our web application.
