Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience : 2–3 years in software development or quality assurance. Skills : Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding standards (security, performance, readability). Ability to deliver tactful, educational feedback. Proficiency with Git and version control best practices. Experience with AI-powered code review tools and automated quality tools (linters, static analyzers). Ability to troubleshoot code across diverse stacks (Full Stack, Data, DevOps). Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. 100% remote work with flexible hours. Join us as a Code Quality Analyst / Software Associate and play a pivotal role in developing the technical skills of our trainees. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a dynamic, mission-driven team.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Review & Feedback : Evaluate trainee code submissions and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure production-level quality.
- Grade Assignments : Assess and correct assignments to ensure alignment with program goals and technical standards.
- Monitor Progress : Track trainee performance and provide targeted feedback to support growth and identify areas for improvement.
- Daily Collaboration : Join daily stand-ups with the Engineering Manager to plan review priorities and discuss trainee progress.
- Repository Management : Maintain Git repositories and ensure version control integrity.
- Content Support : Assist in verifying and improving course materials and technical content.
