Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases .
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for digital marketing and enterprise applications.
Validate digital marketing campaigns across web, mobile, CRM, email, and social media platforms .
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing for digital platforms.
Report, track, and validate defects using enterprise tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps / HP ALM .
Support automation readiness by identifying reusable test cases.
Provide test documentation (test plans, test cases, test data, test execution reports).
Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Ensure compliance with enterprise QA standards and best practices .

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 8 years of experience in Manual Testing with a focus on enterprise-level applications .

Hands-on testing experience in Digital Marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar).

Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management .

Proficiency with test management and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).

Experience in testing APIs, web applications, and mobile apps .

Knowledge of digital campaign workflows (campaign creation, targeting, personalization, analytics tracking).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies .

Strong communication and documentation skills for stakeholder collaboration.
