Key Responsibilities :

As a Lead - Mobile Application Developer at Shiprocket, you will :

• Lead and mentor the mobile development team to deliver high-quality applications for Android, iOS and Flutter platforms.
• Oversee collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices.
• Guide the team in identifying and resolving bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
• Establish and enforce code quality, organization, and automation standards.
