Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Delphix Engineer with strong expertise in Test Data Management (TDM), Data De-identification, and Masking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the Delphix platform, along with knowledge of synthetic data generation techniques, and should be able to deliver secure, on-demand test data solutions for enterprise applications.

The candidate should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while aligning with organizational data needs and roadmaps.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and maintain Delphix test data management solutions.
• Design and execute data de-identification and masking strategies to ensure compliance and data security.
• Develop and support synthetic data generation capabilities to meet testing requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide faster turnaround of test data generation.
• Ensure integration of test data with CI / CD pipelines and cloud-hosted platforms (optional but desirable).
• Provide expertise in data virtualization, cloning, masking, and provisioning using Delphix.
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of test data.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
