Position : Company Secretary (CS)

Location : Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Experience : 0-1

Qualification : Company Secretary (ICSI Qualified) — LLB preferred

Role Overview :

As a Company Secretary at CultureX, you’ll ensure smooth corporate governance, legal compliance, and support strategic decision-making for our fast-evolving organization in the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage ROC filings, board meetings, and statutory documentation.
• Maintain compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Draft minutes, resolutions, and legal agreements.
• Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support the management team in legal and strategic matters.
• Stay updated on corporate laws and compliance frameworks.
