Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking & Financial Services industry with significant experience in Finacle Core Banking and Payments systems.
• Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of end-to-end payment systems and processes (Cards Mobile payments Account-based payments) retail banking operations product workflows and reconciliation processes.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in creating process flows (e.g. Visio) documentation (BRDs FSDs) and basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis / troubleshooting is highly valued.
• Methodologies : Experience working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies is often preferred.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication (written and verbal) strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical / Domain Skills :

In-depth knowledge of payment life cycles clearing mechanisms and settlement processes.

Exceptional analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
