Job Overview : We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all our projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver top-quality products.Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to ensure the highest level of quality.Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure proper test coverage.Identify and document bugs, issues, and discrepancies, and track them to resolution.Ensure that the application performs as expected in various environments and meets the functional requirements and design specifications.Conduct performance, usability, and security testing to guarantee that applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.Maintain and update testing documentation and test cases as required.Report test results, metrics, and issues to the project team and management, providing clear insights into project quality.Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement of testing processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla).Experience in manual testing, automated testing, and performance testing.Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies and issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Knowledge of version control tools like Git is a plus.Experience with mobile application testing is an advantage.
