Job Title :  Software Development Team Lead (.NET & SQL)

Location :  Work from Office

We are looking for an experienced  Software Development Team Lead  to work closely with U.S. clients and guide our development team. The role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

• Understand and translate U.S. client requirements into clear tasks.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring timely task completion.
• Review and analyze work to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Apply business logic effectively to project requirements.
• Provide hands-on support in  ASP.NET Web Forms, Entity Framework, and MS SQL .
