Job Description – QA Lead (Digital Agency / E-commerce / CMS)

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience : 4–6 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 7 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA delivery for assigned web and mobile application projects.
• Perform manual & automated testing across web, mobile, CMS platforms, and e-commerce systems.
• Conduct cross-browser and device compatibility testing to ensure performance consistency.
• Own SEO validation, Lighthouse audits, Analytics testing, and page optimization checks .
• Create, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
• Perform API testing with Postman / REST Assured.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries .
• Prepare test plans, test cases, defect reports, and status updates .
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 QA resources .
