Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

Handle statutory audits and liaise with auditors.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee journal entries.

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.

Advise management on tax planning and financial strategies.

Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.

3–8 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.

Proficiency in Logic ERP accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the apparel or retail industry.

Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost management.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
