About the Role :

We are looking for highly skilled Backend / Infrastructure Engineers with a strong foundation in scalable system design, distributed architecture, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance backend systems and infrastructure that power large-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.Js, Go, or Python .
• Architect and scale distributed systems for reliability and performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP .
• Work with Kubernetes , Docker , and CI / CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Implement and maintain streaming and messaging systems using Kafka .
• Design robust data models and manage databases such as PostgreSQL , MySQL , or NoSQL alternatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade software.
• Monitor, debug, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
