Job Title : Senior Product Manager – GAJAB Marketplace (6–9 yrs)

Location : Mumbai (Marol, Andheri)

Work Mode : Work from Office (Mon–Fri) + Saturday WFH

Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM (30 min flex)

Reporting to : Founder & Head of Product

About GAJAB

At GAJAB, we’re building India’s first negotiation-first eCommerce marketplace — where “Bolo Bhai, Kitna Doge?” meets technology. Think auctions + offers + desi bazaar energy, all in a sleek, gamified digital platform.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of our product roadmap, work directly with founders, and lead cross-functional squads to ship impactful features for millions of Indian consumers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap : Own GAJAB’s roadmap, define vision → break into quarterly priorities.
  • Marketplace Experience : Build features for negotiation, auctions, payments, and seller tools.
  • User Research & Insights : Run research, interviews, A / B tests → turn insights into product decisions.
  • Execution Leadership : Write PRDs, work with design & engineering, ensure timely delivery.
  • Data & Metrics : Define success metrics (DAU, conversion, GMV, engagement), track performance, iterate.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Align ops, marketing, and engineering to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • 0→1 Product Building : Lead pilots, validate experiments, scale winning bets.
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive product sprints with >

90% on-time delivery, improve user flows, cut drop-offs.

✅ You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 6–9 years of Product Management experience (consumer internet, eCommerce, marketplace preferred).
  • Have launched end-to-end products at scale (preferably 0→1 features).
  • Are both strategic (big picture) and execution-driven (get things shipped).
  • Are fluent with analytics & metrics (Excel / Sheets; SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel a plus).
  • Communicate with clarity — from PRDs to leadership updates.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with ambiguity and high ownership.
  • Bonus : Experience with gamification, payments, logistics, or social commerce products.

    • Success Metrics (first 6–12 months)

  • Launch & scale full App & at least 2–3 new negotiation / auction features.
  • Improve buyer conversion rate by 15–20%.
  • Increase seller activation & retention by 20%+.

    • 90% roadmap items on time with measurable outcomes.

  • Build and institutionalize a data-driven decision-making framework.
