Your new role

As a Payroll Specialist you will play a critical role in delivering timely and accurate payroll for employees across multiple countries with a primary focus on Europe/US/Netherlands/Australia/ APAC region. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations data integrity and compliance with local statutory requirements.

What will you do:

• Manage and process payroll data for employees across Europe /US /Netherlands /Australia /APAC countries
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors to support monthly payroll processing reporting and statutory compliance
• Assist in the validation of payroll inputs and outputs ensuring alignment with employment contracts internal policies and legal requirements
• Perform data audits and reconciliations across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support global payroll transformation efforts including vendor transitions and automation initiatives
• Partner with HR Finance and Compliance teams to address queries reporting needs and cross-functional coordination
• Maintain payroll documentation and help ensure alignment with global processes and local statutory frameworks
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline payroll processes and enhance service delivery

• 610 years of experience in payroll processing preferably with exposure to Europe /US /Netherlands /Australia/APAC countries
• Familiarity with Europe/US/Netherlands/Australia/APAC statutory requirements and payroll legislation is a strong advantage
• Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g. Workday) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Solid Excel and analytical skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience working with third-party vendors in a multi-country payroll environment
• Ability to work across teams and time zones in a collaborative structured and proactive way
• A willingness to learn adapt and support evolving global payroll needs with a solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in contributing to process enhancements and knowledge-sharing across the global payroll function
