About Us
We are a dynamic team of young engineers, domain experts, and seasoned sales professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for complex challenges in Signal Processing. Our expertise spans the cutting-edge technologies in Signal Processing, addressing critical needs in the Defence and Aerospace sectors. Our offerings encompass a wide range of solutions, from tactical radios and radar systems to extensive research and mission-critical applications.
About the role
As a Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer, you will lead the development of complex analog and digital hardware systems across all stages—from architectural specification to schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and validation. You will be responsible for designing high-performance mixed-signal circuits for defence-grade electronics and working collaboratively across firmware, layout, and verification teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, op-amps, buffers, and switching elements.
- Develop and verify high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3 / 4, AXI, JESD204B / C, and USB / Ethernet / HDMI.
- Integrate embedded processors (e.g., Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC, RFSoC, Cortex-A / R, MicroBlaze) and associated circuitry.
- Lead firmware integration and oversee embedded development using microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, PIC, AVR) in C / C++.
- Manage complete PCB design cycle using tools like Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro / OrCAD, including schematic capture, layout, and DFM / DFT practices.
- Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations and troubleshoot high-speed digital designs using tools like HyperLynx.
- Drive prototypes bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum / network analysers, etc.
- Collaborate with software, FPGA, and mechanical design teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Participate in RTL / FPGA design and integration workflows (Verilog / VHDL / SystemVerilog) using Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus.
- Lead design reviews, guide junior engineers, and ensure technical documentation and compliance standards are met.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectronics.4+ years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal circuit design, including high-speed digital and precision analog systems.Strong expertise in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and simulation platforms.Solid foundation in analog / mixed-signal design principles, system-level integration, and SI / PI analysis.Ability to generate block-level specs and verify performance across power, timing, and area constraints.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SPICE tools (HSPICE, LTspice, Spectre) for analog simulations.Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and advanced packaging technologies.Familiarity with digital design verification tools (ModelSim, QuestaSim, VCS, etc.).Experience with SoC architecture, and hands-on RTL coding for FPGA-based systems.Deep knowledge of PHY-level analog design : TX / RX chains, DLLs, phase interpolators, reference generators, etc.Hands-on lab experience in mixed-signal system validation and bring-up.Participation in defining and refining design methodologies and workflowsEmployee status and commitments
