Were looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Cyber Academy team. Reporting to the Manager Technical Training Delivery youll be responsible for :

• Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques
• Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments including Zero Trust Exchange Cloud Protection solutions and network services while managing remote labs configuring student pods and resolving issues
• Managing class rosters track attendance and collect post-class surveys
• Providing support and assistance to students as needed
• Delivering training onsite or virtually with up to 90% travel including remote locations in India and flexibility across APJ time zones
