in HR process. The role involves collecting and analyzing HR data, researching candidate data and preparing simple reports to guide hiring decisions.

Role : Fresher or 6 months experience

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree

Detail-oriented with good English communication.

Interest in HR, recruitment, or workforce analytics.
