Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Creative Designer to support our digital advertising, publishing, and advertiser campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines while driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality creatives for digital ads (display, social media, native, rich media, video thumbnails, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, ad operations, publishers, and advertisers to deliver campaign-ready designs.
Resize and adapt creatives across multiple dimensions and ad formats (desktop, mobile, in-app, programmatic, publisher placements) while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Ensure designs are optimized for performance, loading speed, and platform requirements.
Maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines while experimenting with creative innovation.
Create visuals for publisher and advertiser campaigns, including banners, landing page graphics, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Support A / B testing of ad creatives and provide design variations to maximize engagement.
Manage multiple design requests with quick turnaround times in a fast-paced ad operations environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in an advertising, media, ad agency, or publisher environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of digital ad specifications (IAB standards, responsive formats, HTML5 banners, etc.).
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design for digital platforms.
Familiarity with UI / UX principles is a plus.
Video editing and motion graphics skills are an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage tight deadlines.
