We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure / Solution Architect with deep expertise in End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workspace technologies. This individual will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing secure, scalable enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and evolving client needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a hands-on technologist, and an inspiring leader capable of driving technical excellence across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design : Architect, design, and implement robust EUC and Digital Workspace solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
Collaboration : Partner with Engineering, Presales, and Customer Success teams to ensure infrastructure initiatives align with product roadmaps and client goals.
Technical Leadership : Act as a trusted technology advisor, driving innovation and best practices across Professional Services, Technical Support, and Engineering teams.

Enablement & Training :

Co-develop and deliver technical bootcamps, training programs, and enablement sessions.

Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to build technical competency within internal and partner organizations.

Content Creation : Develop high-quality technical content such as white papers, blogs, validated designs, and architecture templates.

Quality Assurance : Review and ensure the accuracy of documentation produced by Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams.

Customer Engagement : Represent the organization as a technology leader in strategic customer interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.

Technical Skills Required

Experience : Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure or solution architecture, with proven expertise in enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workspace solutions.

Core Expertise :

Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V)

Windows and Linux operating systems

Networking, storage, Active Directory (AD), DNS, file servers, and security integration

VDI & Application Virtualization : Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization environments.

Scalability : Proven ability to size and design large-scale enterprise environments.

Client Management : Experience managing large enterprise and strategic customer engagements.

Troubleshooting : Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills across Windows and Linux ecosystems.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to align technology initiatives with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
