Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Delhi, India, for a Quality Control (QC) Fresh and Vegetables (f&v) Specialist. The QC f&v Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of fresh produce by monitoring and evaluating the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality assurance checks, maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, and ensuring overall quality management within the supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the fresh produce industry is advantageous
